With JM Real Estate, Inc., since the Summer of 1998. Handles the daily operational side of property management and leasing activities.

11 years of experience in the trucking business; 5 of which were as a manager for USF Dugan (formerly Transus) having over 60 employees under his supervision.

10 years in the restaurant business as a restaurant manager. The last of which was managing a large 230-seat restaurant in Orlando.

Experience and responsibilities

All aspects of property management such as budgeting and forecasting, accounts receivable and payable, maintenance operations, and lease administration

Leasing functions involving proposals, lease negotiations, space planning, construction management, and facilitate move-ins

Facilities management including compliance of OSHA, IAQ, ADA, building codes; develop and maintain emergency procedures; investigate and implement energy conservation measures
