Joseph P. Poirier, CCIM

Joe has an extensive background in commercial real estate and development services working as a licensed agent since 1985. His experience encompasses residential, retail, office, and industrial sectors in sales, leasing, appraisal, marketing, development, acquisition and disposition. He began his career in Toledo, Ohio and he has completed more than $90 million in transactions in Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina and throughout central Florida.

Joe holds the coveted and highly respected CCIM designation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rollins College, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
