As President of JM since its inception in 1997; my primary responsibilities have included

• brokerage sales including representation of investment purchasers and sales of commercial real estate
• Leasing functions involving proposals, lease negotiations, space planning, construction management, and facilitate move-ins
• All aspects of property management such as budgeting and forecasting, accounts receivable and payable, cash flow analysis, investment analysis, and lease administration
• Tenant representation for site location, leasing, build-to-suit, purchase of land and/or buildings, etc.
• Facilities management including compliance of OSHA, IAQ, ADA, building codes; develop and maintain emergency procedures; investigate and implement energy conservation measures
• All advertising and marketing programs
• Development and implementation of computer software applications to aid in management and leasing functions
