Prior Experience: ? With JM Real Estate, Inc., since the Summer of 2000. Handles the daily aspects of property management and maintenance requests for all properties. ? 10 years of strong administrative background in law enforcement and computer sales, design and networking throughout Brevard and Indian River counties. ? Strong customer service skills with both high-level decision makers and entry level personnel to include state, local, and federal governments, Fortune 500/1000 companies, both k-12 educators and higher education, retail customers, as well as local small businesses.
Experience and responsibilities: Ð All aspects of property management such as budgeting and forecasting, accounts receivable and payables, annual common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliation, cash flow analysis, investment analysis, and lease administration Ð Leasing functions involving space planning, construction management, and facilitate move-in. Ð Facilities management including compliance of OSHA, I AQ, ADA, building codes; develop and maintain emergency procedures; investigate and implement energy conservation measures. Ð Supervise personnel taking daily service requests and ensuring that all service requests are completed. Ð Supervise personnel handling tenant relations and ensuring that the property management teams are following our 7 Golden Rules of Property Management. Ð Administers and negotiates all vendor contracts and ensures that the vendors are performing their duties per the contract.
